1. Our Commitment We want you to love your SWITCH CLOAK apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or style, we are here to help.

2. Eligibility for Return (30-Day Window) Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be free of stains, deodorant marks, hair, or smells (smoke, perfume).
  • In Original Condition: All original tags must still be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Items marked explicitly as “Final Sale” during clearance events.

4. The Return Process To complete your return, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your package.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
