1. Order Processing Times All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing tracking information once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
To provide you with the best and most affordable menswear, we source our garments globally, including directly from our manufacturing partners in China Mainland. Because of this, delivery times will vary depending on your destination country.
- Standard International Shipping: Estimated 7 to 21 business days.
- Expedited Shipping (if applicable): Estimated times and rates will be displayed at checkout.
3. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties We are proud to offer worldwide shipping. However, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
SWITCH CLOAK LIMITED is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
4. How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with the initial scan.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact our support team with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes Depending on the carrier used for your specific destination, some limitations may apply to shipping to P.O. Boxes. If a carrier cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, we will contact you to request an alternative physical shipping address.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to find a satisfactory solution.
- Lost/Stolen Packages: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, SWITCH CLOAK LIMITED is not strictly liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
